The H&B KAM will work closely with CHC team in Trade Marketing, Marketing and
Sales as well as collaboration with internal key stakeholders for seamless execution.
This position will report to Sr. Retail channel manager.
Build the business with customer/channel
-Develop joint business plans and create strong relationships with the
customer to deliver company objectives (Sales fundamentals / Sales
/ Budget / Market share / NPD)
-Develop and implement by account specific promotion plan with customers and internal team.
Create a positive Consumer Impression on Sanofi CHC brands by working with
customer while taking a risk under market situation with courage.
Develop annual business plan and execute it with customer engagement.
-Lead the customer for annual contract to achieve sustainable growth.
-Maximize the budget to archive the customer / channel financial objectives.
-Maintain appropriate internal controls to ensure the company's assets are safeguarded.
-Manage all details related to the day-to-day business from forecasting, delivery to analysis.
-Deliver superior in-store presence in all sales fundamentals to the customers.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education: B.A degree
Experience & knowledge:
-At least +/- 5 years of proven track record in Fast Moving Consumer Goods
(FMCG) / Consumer Health Care (CHC) industry with comprehensive understanding of customer.
-Working experience in Health and Beauty channel would be preferred.
-High aptitude and hands-on experience with customer business development
-Customer Business Planning (JBP/ Promotion/ Budget management / Forecasting) and analytic skill
-Execute plan to customers with excellence
-Strong communication Skill: Communication w/ internal & external
cross-functions to make sure tasks & items are aligned and achieved in timely manner
-High drive for Result: Execute plans with excellence to deliver sales and share gaining.
-Self-motivated, proactive, positive, mature team-player.
-Good verbal & written communication skill both in Korean & English
-Good / high level of MS Office skills
